I first met Jody in November 2025 and was very impressed. Jody, Terry and I knew I had a long haul before I could sell my home but we finally got there in late May 2026. We live in SC and depended on Jody and Terry to assist us in selling our rental home in OH. It sold in one day and for more than it was listed. During the closing process, Jody assisted me with closing documents and the closing agents used were wonderful to work with since we had to do everything on-line, they were so helpful. If I had another property in Columbus, I would not hesitate to use Jody and her Team again!!

Bottom line, Tonda is professional and results oriented. However, what is more important is Tonda is able to wrap these with compassion and patience. Her superpower is her presence. She was always present, at the right moment, with the right information, and she delivered what was needed each time with the right emotions.

Julie was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions in a timely fashion. I was impressed with her knowledge of the area and the home itself. This was my first “vacation home” and she was able to locate the perfect property for my family. Thank you Julie!

Pam and Jeff have strong market knowledge and are very responsive to our questions. Jeff did a great job taking pictures of our house, then more drone pictures were added later at our request. At the beginning, we were skeptical about the quick sale of our buyer's house and were very reluctant to accept a contingent offer from our buyer. But it turned out that Pam was right about the quick sale of our buyer's house. Their home actually closed BEFORE our home closed which was music in our ears.
